Vetly provides cloud-based veterinary practice management software and related digital tools for veterinary practices, animal hospitals and other animal-care organisations. Depending on the services selected, these tools may include client and animal patient management, appointment scheduling, clinical records, billing, communications, reporting, integrations and client-facing portals. When a veterinary practice uses Vetly to process information concerning its clients and animal patients, the practice will generally act as the Responsible Party under POPIA, while Vetly processes that information as its Operator and in accordance with the practice’s instructions. Vetly may also act as a Responsible Party for information it collects directly, such as practice account, billing, website enquiry and support information.
